Urza's did, but it was pretty much completely overshadowed by all the broken cards, most of which had nothing to do with enchantments.
In Ravnica, enchantments were a subtheme; the primary theme was, obviously, two-colour pairings.
I believe Maro said that an enchantment block is something that is a possibility for the future, so presumably he doesn't consider those blocks to be a sufficient exploration of the theme either.
I'd expect an Apocalypse expansion to be largely White-dominated, seeing that it's just begging for White removal. Also big scary Black creatures and self-destructive Red sorceries
Yeah, but it's that discussion that leads to better discard outlets being overshadowed and making new players unaware of them.
Admittedly, it's not that difficult to imagine a scenario where One With Nothing is the best discard outlet for the situation (being an instant helps), but that's pretty rare.
Anyway, speaking of funky rares, have any of you guys heard of the strategy for Innistrad block limited play of siding into 40+ forests and Lost in the Woods when your opponent has no enchantment removal, and mulliganing into the card? It's not foolproof by any means, but people have been winning high level matches that way, and I think that's hilarious.

I'd imagine many players did until they found themselves up against a pile of control cards, draw mechanisms, and tutors and where shocked to loose the game on turn seven from an enchantment they never saw coming.
Advice: When making a deck that can sacrifice creatures for your own gain at any time, temporary tokens are a blessing.
What I'd love to do is put Geist Saint Traft and Vish Kal on the same team. Vish Kal can gain +4/+4 every time that Geist attacks. Of course, the sheer wrongness of Geist Saint Traft being on the same team as a vampire (and letting his guardian angel be eaten by said vampire) would make the whole thing kind of awkward. That, and I'm still not capable of playing blue.
I've been looking at Horde of Notions, and it really makes me want to make it a general. I'm guessing least someone we know already uses it though, huh? I might try it anyway. Maybe I'll come up with something interestingly different.
Horde of Notions seems like a pretty spiffy general. I think it was actually Idler's first EDH deck, not that he's used it in some time.
To download DKA, open up the Oracle program (should be in the same folder as cockatrice), click "File" and go to "Download Sets Information" (put in http://www.cockatrice.de/files/sets.xml for the URL if it's not there already) and then check every set you want to have (not just DKA, or you'll only be able to see cards from DKA).

I wonder if these women have taken to modelling lingerie since the Guildpact fell.
