For the record, D's dialogue is funny at times but overall I just kept going "eugh". I got to the milk thing before I just couldn't.

I can kinda understand it in that many (myself included) where probably hoping for a character similar to Aradia, at least in the vein of the other alpha trolls. Damara is, of course, pretty damn far from that.

However, I still find this new direction pretty amusing.

It might be nice if we got a couple of flash-backs to Damara before she went psycho-bitch, though.

I don't like Damara. Her face, her dialogue, I just really dislike her.

Not as much as Kurloz, Cronus, or Kankri, but I still don't like her.

Then again, I was never really that fond of Aradia.

Horuss is disappointing, but not as bad as I feared he would be. Equius is one of my favorite trolls, so I just knew Hussie was going to do something unsettling and annoying with him.

How long before Hussie kills this bunch off? Three weeks? Three months? Place your bets, place your bets!

The apple thing in Adam and Eve is off. It technically just "fruit", but somehow "Apple" became the fruit in question. Oddly enough, there's also probably a lot of truth to the Newton apple story, too.

Mostly, I think Rose was trying to strike up a conversation around symbolism, but she's far too drunk to talk the nuances of myth.

And their world was pretty strange even BEFORE they found out the universe was a frog that, in turn, was murdered by a run-away game construct. So who fucking knows.

I kinda doubt Andrew is using a blitzed out of the ability to keep track of time Rose to bad-mouth creation stories, he's usually not very subtle if he hates something.

It wasn't as impressive to me as Jack and Dirk (probably the biggest damn kiss in all of Homestuck), but I still liked it.

That was more epic, but it was a Weird Plot Kiss. Jake was sort of compelled into it, and Dirk didn't exactly experience it.

This is a kiss solely for the sake of a kiss between two people who are definitely into each other and have been for a long time. I think the fact that it had to be facilitated with extentuation isn't quite ideal, but considering Rose could only describe the Big Damn Date as "maybe just hang out, do whatever, if you're up for it" (god, that's cute) maybe that's the only way it could be.
