Pfeilspitze has a long-term romantic relationship, which is NOT typical of any 13-year-old
Pfeilspitze at one point holds a baby and a minor character asks her if that's her baby, implying that she does NOT look as young as 13.
so this is why I just don't give a fucking shit about the canonically-stated ages of some characters.
i just make up a more reasonable number and run with it. I say she's about 20 to 25 years old.

yeah yeah yeah i know that there's [spoiler reason that is actually not sketchy; you'd know it if you've seen the show] that she could actually ID as a 13-year-old. but that reason actually makes for even less actual reason why she'd ID as a 13-year-old.
then again my headcanon gives her TF2!Spy-like disguise powers anyway so she could simply look like anything she wants to, and "vaguely cute 13-year-old girl" is just about the most innocent and non-suspicion-arousing disguise there is so I guess there's that
