Please tell me: why the fuck does Hollywood think that these live-action/animation hybrids are a good idea?
I'm pretty sure that the only one that is acknowledged to be of any quality is Who Framed Roger Rabbit, and the field is otherwise littered with crap or outright failures
Mary Poppins was good, Bedknobs and Broomsticks was decent, numerous recent films have mixed live action with CGI to varying degrees of success e.g. Avatar

If it were December 31 I could see poor time zone handling causing the year to display wrong, but I don't know why that would happen for the 29th...
