The room that the Skull came from has about a dozen humanoid skeletons sprawled all over the floor. Some are shorter than others, possibly coming from goblins or other small humanoids.
There's also another Obelisk here, and a staircase down.
Finally, there is yet another chest. However, this one appears to have already been ransacked, as it's open.
Shrugging, Belighor followed Nathan into the other room. As he entered the room, he stopped and stated a Nathan, surrounded by remains. "D-did. Did you. Did you kill all these by YOURSELF?"
"...Mr. Coal, is there any particular reason why artifacts of the Necromatic school appear whenever you're...good grief, some of those are human!" N feels a bit of bile in his throat. He struggles to keep it down.
"I don't think the academy would be as willing to allow monsters a proper burial, sadly. ...And I think that any goblin spirits would be pissed at me for this" he points to his morbid staff
"...right." N stoops down and begins gathering bones, turning his face away from them.
"How did this happen? Were these university students? Where are their Lifesaving charms?" N, his curiosity outweighing his disgust, looks for university artifacts among the bones.
You find no charms, nor any evidence of clothing, staffs, wands, weaponry, or trinkets of any other type. Whoever's skeletons these are, they have either been down here a long time, or else been stripped clean by some other force.
"I think that we've explored enough for now, g-guys." Belighor said, nervously tugging his scarf. "We should head back now. I-if that's okay with you all, of c-course."
You collectively feel weightless for a moment as you're transported back to the waiting room.
Your Professor is nowhere to be seen, but someone else is.
"You guys again?" Ilmenda wipes her mouth with her sleeve. She's flanked by a pair of spellcasters you don't recognize, both of whom seem to be witches, and both of whom depart as soon as they see you.
Before they departed, Kenneth looked around curiously at the mess of bones. He wondered if they had died together, or had been brought together after their deaths. Was this a tomb? Whose tomb? Who were these men and beasts... or just men, perhaps, if not all human? Men, women... no children?
He almost wished that he could stop thinking. But no avail.
He could tell that he was frowning slightly. He almost did not care.
"Ilmenda, my imp one shot a summoner skull before it could raise a room full of skeletons. ...Know where the priest is so that we can bury the skeletons and finally give then final rest?"
Belighor froze momentarily as he was confronted by three strangers, though he relaxed a bit when two of them left. He recognized the girl as the one who had been in the waiting room before they had entered the dungeon.
"Ms. Elyvilon" said N with a curt nod. He followed Nathan with his share of the bones.
N, despite his mild misanthropy, felt that some respect was due to the human dead. His concern was more out of respect to them than out of responsibility concerning Nalvrusche. N felt that most humans were capable of much more than they thought they could do. Much of his distaste towards skalds and rangers can be explained by this; he felt that they weren't embracing their magical potential. The dead can no longer embrace their potential, and so he pities them. Naturally, Ilmenda's flippant response to the skeletons put him off.
N considered Belighor's pendant, but had no intention of telling her about it.
Noticing that he was being left alone, Belighor hurriedly called out a farewell to Ilmenda, following after his companions. He didn't have any of the bones, but he still was interested in putting them to rest.
"We killed a summoner skull that was going to raise human skeletons to fight us. So everybody in the group agreed to bring the bones up so that we can give them a proper burial and let them never worry about being raised again"

The Imp rummages through the chest, and finding only a single gold coin, promptly eats it.

This one, like the first you found on this floor, appears to be stuck to the ground.

After about 20 minutes, you believe you've gathered up all the human bones in the area.

Ilmenda rolled her eyes.
"I don't know where Father Whatsisface keeps his chapel. I don't go there."
"Hello Kenneth"
Ilmenda grabbed the handkerchief. The boy was weird, but she could probably find some use for him.
"Find anything interesting down there aside from uh, bones?"
"Er. Um. H-hi. I didn't introduce myself before. I'm B-Belighor Sydoria. Barrier Witch."
"Ugh. Edmund might. He's right..." Ilmenda spun around to discover that her companions had left.
"Well....he was right here. Wears a black hat, Shadow Witch, very religious. You'll know him if you see him."
Ilmenda turned to Belighor.
"Hello."
Shy people sort of irritated Ilmenda, but not to the point that the overly outgoing did. Best to keep curt but polite, and they'd leave you alone.

Several people roll their eyes, and most just ignore you.
Finally, a short fellow in a black hat responds.
"Yes, I could take you to him if you want. Why are you holding a human skull?"
"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah. I see."
The witch smiles.
"Well, I can take you to the priest, if you'd like."

"N Lancaster. The man with the skull is Nathan Coal."
The Shadow Witch blinked at Coal's sentence.
"Um...charmed. I'm Edmund-Stefan McElroy. Shadow Witch, devout of Lior." Edmund gave a slight bow. "From Quicksilver Company."
