  I don't know if you're aware of this, but the Internet Archive has been saving a LOT of old Flash content and hosting it with an in-browser emulator to make sure it remains playable even after Flash Player itself is removed from Chrome. It's super cool!

  Ruffler (the emulator those use) is general-purpose, so as long as someone can find the actual program files that's not likely unless they were already lost a long time ago.

  
  

  BlueMaxima Flashpoint (technically not an emulator) is even more robust and is entirely self-contained. Their library has a lot of stuff, many thousands of games.

  Newgrounds has been primarily HTML5 stuff for years. IDK about Kongregate

  This one is fun in a "I'm not sure if this is an 'anime' art-style that doesn't realize that nun outfits and crosses have actual religious significance outside of looking neat, or a western attempt to imitate the former's aesthetic, or an alien's attempt to reverse-engineer said attempt".
  

  
  

  This one is a Star Wars one that has a lot of options and outfits, but I don't use it much because the default is nearly nude and that makes me uncomfortable.

  
  

  These two are Egyptian-looking (or at least trying to be), and are less lame than most "artist attempts unfamiliar aesthetics because it looks cool" Egyptian-themed dress-up-games.

  And, for a change of pace, choppy orc is a lot of fun, has good platforming for a flash game, and I have fond memories of it, but I think it's html5 now (heck, Choppy Orc is good enough that it I could see it being the kernel of a game as good as Shovel Knight).

  (And, going back to dress-up games, this Greek Goddess dress-up game is one of the only ones that allows you to make multiple ones in the same image (albeit all in the same pose, with the same height and build, but still).
