i mean i guess you could have a bell-shaped object ringing which closes a circuit connected to a sound generator that has a bell waveform but different possible pitches
otherwise i was under the impression that even electric bells did not change pitch because their pitch is determined by a physical object
my computer momentarily hiccupped after the axolotl faceplanted into the target board, causing the sound to glitch out into a loud buzz for half a second before the target fell over
i just played both of these videos at the same time
and somehow there was nothing wrong with the sound effects
(load both videos, then start playing the second video, and immediately after you do that, start playing the first video but switch back to watching the second one. now the glass breaking sound from the first one should line up with the second bowl breaking sound in the second one.)
