Most of the time I just "Hibernate" my PC, but every once in a while I have to do a full restart and...it always takes a
ridiculously long time to boot back into Windows afterwards, much of which is spend on a black screen with no indication that it's making any progress.
It wasn't always like this, and I don't know what changed.
Note that enabling "Fast Startup" or whatever it's called won't help in this scenario, since that's basically just a variation on "Hibernate" and wouldn't apply when I, for example, restart after updating a driver.
Any ideas?
