  2 is D-VA, f(x) being a notable K-Pop group, with When The Ants Attack being a reference to noted Gamer Ian "Miles" "Tails" Cheong
  3 is Tracer, who has ski goggles and looks like she wants to speak to your manager
  4 is Junkrat, because he looks exactly like Mr. Clipboard from Foodfight
  5 is that one lady? pink hair? Butch? I legit dont remember her name
  6 is the Egypt one
  7 is whovever the angel lady is, Mercy? Renee Falconetti played Joan of Arc in The Passion of Joan of Arc (1928), and also she looks like she wants to speak to your manager
  8 is the black lady with the purple undercut
  9 is... Junkworks? Workhog? that guy who looks like he walked out of some sort of rubber bear fetish comic
  10 is the one samurai who isnt a robot. I was very surprised to discover that this game had both a regular and a robot samurai!
  11 is... idk, that one guy who looks like Static Shock, who i thought was named Static X, but Static X is actually the notable Wisconsin Nu Metal band (easily confused)

  My dreams exceed my real life

  You know, that guy turns out to be a robot, so his absurd spastic awkward movements are actually a plot point

  
  That said, the animation is so bad I think most people just assumed they really skimped out on him.
