Might not be in Europe, but nevertheless.
If anything, I feel like this is a better description of maybe Bubsy if one were to get rid of the European qualifier. (Perhaps Ristar as well, though I haven't played that and I feel like it's a bit more special than this implies. Plan to at some point though!)
Can't remember if any of them are European (I know Jazz isn't, being part of the Epic catalog and all) but eh. Gotta say, Bubsy and AP are probably the closest analogues.
