Dark theme for the forum possible uwu?

Would be kind of cool if the forum software supports it ye. Maybe a medium theme too.

      Flarum has a dark mode option, but I'm not sure if it's configurable per-user.

      My particular mix of vision problems makes light text on a dark background on an illuminated screen really hard to read, but if we can figure out how to set it per-user, that’d be heartcool.
