So I have owned a Nintendo Switch and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild for ten days now and MY GOODNESS I HAVE BEEN BUSY. But nonetheless, I wanted to chronicle my journey through this game even after having already beaten about half of it. Needless to say, there be spoilers ahead.

Summary posts forthcoming, in the mean time, enjoy these lovely screencaps.

I can tell, a little help with that, know any tricks to keep those working?

You've got some extra <div> and </div> lying about... if you want, I can just rehost those on imgur because I like imgur and rework it for you, or something. Especially since I made it more messy while fixing some of it. >_>

so...this one is supposed to be more nonlinear/open world/whatever than most of the series? This kind of intrigues me, since I became increasingly disappointed with the forced progression in most Zelda games.

It is incredibly open. Like, there is only one mandatory quest between you and the final boss. Every other main quest is optional, and there to either A) better equip you for the final battle, or B) inform you as to the story of the game.

If you're looking for another open-ended (but less open-ended) Zelda, A Link Between Worlds pretty much lets you decide the order you want to tackle the main dungeons in.

    I see.

I kinda wanted to try A Link Between Worlds, being a fan of A Link to the Past.
