my KFN stopped working

I know I'm supposed to reset the OGQ, but that didn't help.  The COSYG doesn't show any issues either.  Any suggestions?

    Have you tried reinitialising the PEBKAC connector? Alternatively, power cycle the PICNIC dongle.
