Sealab 2020 was a Hanna-Barbera cartoon about people living in a large laboratory complex on the ocean floor. I don't know much about it; I think it had an environmentalist vibe.
Sealab 2021 was an Adult Swim cartoon that used edited Sealab 2020 footage with new dialogue, like Space Ghost Coast To Coast.
The dialogue in this video is taken from the 2021 episode "I, Robot", in which a series of hull breaches threatens to depressurize the station, and the characters respond by ignoring their immiment deaths in favor of saying stupid things about robots. I think you can watch it on the Adult Swim website.
The imagery is of course from the 1995 Ghost in the Shell movie.
