Well, yes and no. I'm not nocturnal due to the schedule I have to keep for work, but if I don't cover up well and use really strong sunblock I sunburn really, really quickly.

I have no issues with artificial lighting, other than tanning lamps.

I convert damage dealt to health regained by drinking blood and resting.

Tin openers don't really do much to me.

Capes are awesome so why would I drop it otherwise? And you can get fangs if I turn you.

As for powers, I've got immortality (how did you think I got to be 604 years old?), super senses, super speed, and I only -wish- I could fly or turn into an animal 'cause that would be SO COOL.

The only issue I have with garlic is if someone's got garlic breath, but I don't think that's a vampire thing so much as an "ew bad breath" thing, and can easily be solved by giving the person a mint.
