The thread was actually created as a joke at Blackmoon's expense. Then it was moved to Forum Games for no reason beyond the title, and people started using it for their own... less-than-savory purposes.

Forum Games is probably the most poorly moderated part of the forum(and that's saying something), so it went undetected for god knows how long. Then it got brought to the attention of the mods, and that was the point where it was pretty much vaporized from the forum, leaving no trace of its existence.
