Skills you wish you had but have never been able to learn.

This felt like an interesting topic to bring up. Are there any skills you wish you had but found yourself unable to learn? For me at the moment I really wish I knew how to tie a knot.

Playing piano is probably the biggest. I grew up listening to lots of of synth-pop (it was the 1980s), and I always wanted to learn how to play keyboards, but I've never taken a formal class or anything.

I took piano lessons for years and I never got all that good.  I think I lacked focus.

Also writing poetry and fiction, and programming.  I intend to learn, though.

The most embarrassing one is maths.  Not that I don't know any of it, but I keep making daft mistakes.

Also, being able to draw well.

I've mostly given up on being able to draw well.  I don't have the patience for it.

Being able to write terrible intentionally poorly written smut (or conversely, well-written yet mind-breaking and equally terrible smut) without either laughing throughout the ordeal or losing interest half-way through.

Also, being able to draw well, for similar reasons.

Drawing well would be nice, I know that would just take practice and time.

I need to learn how to sew. Just so I can repair stuff.

Wood working and metalworking are two skills I'm quite a bit rusty on.

Same with music... 

I would like to learn how to play the guitar at some point.
