What Meta is for
Well I feel I should have done this when I added it, so here.
Meta is for questions and suggestions about the forum, not just random stuff.
EDIT, 1/7/2012: Well I did some reorganizing, so it has been replaced with "Site Talk", which should clarify its purpose.
