In this scenario, yes. (In reality it's a royal house, but presidents don't generally come from royal houses.)

Also I assumed here that female presidents would take their husbands' surnames, as is conventional, although it doesn't necessarily follow.

To be honest, Yanks don't usually write out the full middle names of presidents. Unless they have the same first and last name as a previous president. Or they're William Henry Harrison, but who even cares about that guy
