I'm a little confused on them myself. What's the difference between General and Talk? Also what is the specific cuntion of Liveblogging? I'm asking because I have something I would like to say that might fall under Live Blogging. but i'm not entierly sure.

Talk is for slightly more serious topics. Liveblogging is just playing/reading/watching something and documenting your experience with it and reactions to it as you go along.

Talk is for "hey guys, joking aside, what do you think of X?"

Not really a place of heavy discussions, but light ones.
