You're going to have a hard time finding a doctor willing to perform an abortion that late.

Maybe you can find some one to beat on your abdomen with a pestle.

Also, your breasts are bigger because of the pregnancy, so we can always keep you pregnant and keep on selling the babies for profit which is a plan that I'm sure won't result in the kids growing up to find out why mommy and daddy got rid of them in the first place (to feed daddy's cocaine habit...)
