    Let's see.

    Alaska I got wrong.

    Louisiana I got half-right...the slogan I named was from the previous design, their 2011 plates are a bicentennial issue.

    At least 3 of the ones I skipped (Iowa, Kansas, Oregon) lack a slogan altogether, and several of the others feature a URL (I have never bothered memorizing the URLs)

    In retrospect I'm surprised I couldn't think of that one, it seems memorable enough.
