We open with what appears to be misspelling of the Home For Infinite Losers which anime fans may be familiar with.

YE'AH:  a secret word, disguised as a typo, which means "It is opposite day, but the prophecy forbids the open discussion of it being opposite day".

LET'S DO:  An unverified statement asserting that Morgan Let and Sam Do are, in fact, the same person.  Given the previous word, the patent absurdity of this claim can only be interpreted as confirmation that something important is to be communicated here but it cannot be plainly spoken of.

Let's Do Crystal:  A reference to the hairdo crystal which kept Morgan Let's hair perky and fabulous.  A sentence fragment, consisting only of a noun, in an opposite-day context, is clearly meant to describe the opposite (meaning nonexistence) of a noun.  In other words, Let's Do Crystal has just been destroyed.

Meth Oomfie:  This is another noun-statement sentence-fragment.  On non-opposite-days, Meth Oomfie refers to Methodius of Byzantine Thessaloniki, who, with his brother Cyril, created the Cyrillic alphabet.  The message is clear:  Methodius has been martyred.
  • RIP Methodius

the answer is SECOND PLAYER WINS.
this is because O's go second canonically, and the clue also says "do not cross", and noughts are the opposite of crosses.
