If they had launched a Kids' WB! cable channel circa 2001...

...would it have been glorious? A disaster? A glorious disaster?

For bonus points, imagine that amid all of this, Cartoon Network and Boomerang somehow lost access to programming that Warner Bros. holds the rights to (LT/MM, anything M-G-M or Hanna-Barbera, anything DC-related) when WB pulled it for their own channel.

Oh my god I had completely forgotten

From 2001 to 2003, The WB (and thus Kids' WB!) was under the oversight of Turner Broadcasting, the unit of Time Warner that ran every Cartoon Network and Boomerang in the world

So the Kids' WB! channel has to co-exist with those two, no yanking programming from them
