You know what really grinds my gears? Ariel from Disney's "Little Mermaid". What a selfish and ungrateful bitch. How many girls could only dream of that power so young, but no, Tritan gives her centre stage and what does she do? Make a deal with devil and throw it all back in his face for the first piece of ass (quite literally) that she sees. EVEN THOUGH she's only 15yrs old. And Tritan has a hoard of daughters yet she's his favorite, he doted on that red-headed temptress and all she did was get him turned into sea mush. What a bitch. Should have pointed that trident at her when she was born.

Considering I think the character is heavily based on Poseidon, who was eaten at birth by his dad. He might have a strict "no infanticide" practice in place.

Where do you live? I've lived in Bristol, London, Kent, Gloucester and Cardiff and have been able to get anywhere from there. Although I have a friend who lives in Tetbury (little countryside town in gloucestershire) and her only way out is by a bus that goes through once every 3hrs mon-fri daytimes.

And for what the average american makes and the distance from state to state, regardless of the comparison in gas prices, it's still far more expensive to drive in the US. Just the amount you travel to get around in the US to complete daily chores is far more difficult in the US without a car.

For example you'd be very lucky to live within walking distance of a corner shop/market. The odds are you WILL have to drive just to pick up milk.

And I think Wind Fish that you're in the minority in the UK if you think about the population density of a rural area compared to a big city where public transport is more readily available.
