    Windows Explorer's "Details" view shows all file sizes in kilobytes because mixing units would make it hard to visually compare big files against small files.

    That said, these seem a bit small for video files, unless we're talking like 480p.

    Too closely clustered to be video file sizes, unless they're all the same length for some reason. Political districts are often of nearly identical constituent size by design.

    Huh, that's some weird encoding. Even within the same series, there's normally spikes and dips in the file sizes.
