There's around 7.4 billion people in the world. If you were to take one second to kill everyone, it would take 7.4 billion seconds. One billion seconds is 32 years. 32 multiplied by 7.4 is 236.8 years.

Therefore it would take 236.8 years to kill everyone on the planet one by one.
