  Kony is bad news, no doubt about it, but Invisible Children's efforts fell flat after people started critiquing the video and they didn't know how to respond beyond masturbating in public.

  There's a difference between not liking preachiness (which is understandable) and posting "JOSEPH KONY: THE ONLY BLACK MAN WHO WANTS KIDS" as your Facebook status.

  And yes, that's a direct rip from one of many I've seen.

  edit: I'm not accusing anyone here of that, just saying that I've seen it. And I don't get why HASHTAG_KONYJOKES are so fuckin' funny.
