Surprisingly awesome taste, acceptable texture, not bad not bad.

This is presuming it's on its own. Probably like it even more with other stuff.

I don't like cooked spinach, but I love spinach salad with some lemon or lime juice as dressing and maybe some cheese crumbled on top! Mmmmm.

I used to hate spinach because my parents would always use that cheap slimy canned shit. Once I realized you could eat it fresh with sandwiches or salads I liked it.
