OR Ken Levine reads the beginning of a MLP:FiM/Bioshock crossover and the Letuce Twins show up in a MLP:FiM episode and some non-brony Bioshock fans hail it as the end of everything.

I don't think Bioshock is crazy popular with bronies or the brony fan-fic community, but I'd imagine there's several.

Especially give the biggest crossovers with MLP seem to be Fallout and Warhammer 40K.

Fallout is largely due to a single, massive fic that came out when the fandom was just beginning. So there are lots of spin offs and authors inspired by it.

Not sure what's up with WH40K. It may simply be because bronies pretty much got their start on 4chan and WH40K seems pretty big over there.
