Wheel of Disney Acquisitions

Every divisible-by-three year since Bob Iger became CEO (2005), Disney has made at least one major content acquisition. They had the inside track on Pixar (2006), came out of nowhere to buy Marvel (2009), and they had the only track on Lucasfilm (2012). So, if this holds true, what will Disney buy in 2015? (provided they do make a major content acquisition that year; 2015 will be Iger's last full year as CEO and I doubt he wants to leave debt as a "parting gift")

RIGHT OUT:

NINTENDO: Japanese company; would not sell itself to an American firm. The saying goes that "Japanese only trust Japanese."

HASBRO: Toy company that is not primarily a content creator. Modes of thinking probably incompatible with Disney's.

MAYBE:

DREAMWORKS ANIMATION: Exists primarily because Jeffrey Katzenberg left Disney and wanted revenge against Michael Eisner. Though Eisner is long gone and I know of no bad blood between Katzenberg and Iger... (Crimp: Katzenberg's contract expires in 2017, not 2015, and Nikki Finke has speculated that he is not somebody wanted within the executive ranks of the major media companies)

POSSIBLY:

THE OTHER HALF OF A+E NETWORKS: Though this is one of Hearst's most valuable properties, Disney might be able to get Hearst to hand it over.
