  I'm back from haitus to bump this thread. The devs got into a tricky financial situation, and started a drive for funds to make more characters. There's a Kickstarter-esque thing going on that's got a week left, and so far the third character- the one that will be up for community vote- is halfway funded by it.

  The rewards are pretty interesting. You can pre-buy the game for PC and get some extras for $30. Some of the higher reward tiers involve a character of your creation (adjusted to fit the game's style) being placed as an NPC in a stage background.

  
  

  I've been following the 4chan threads for it, and all the stuff surrounding it is pretty interesting.

  I would say the 50 dollar one is worth it, because I've heard stellar things about Half-Minute Hero.

  Well the important thing is that you're donating an extra 20 to the Skullgirls team. The stuff you get is just icing.

  this game looks pretty rad, i think i will get it when there's a PC port
