I admit, I'd like old stuff like Cardcaptors(or perhaps a new dub that puts everything in order, albeit, still, you know, toned down for American audiences. I agree with a lot of the changes.)
Then again, atleast Ash being thrown overboard is auto-win.
I dunno, for me it's simply that the line-up doesn't really interest me and I already watch all of my animu through perfectly legal means.
It also helps a lot that Toonami's not as relevant as it was once, when the only way to watch anime for you was through dealing with hipsters and bargaining for VHS tapes through copious offers of PBR and hoarn-rimmed glasses.
Remember back in the 50s when they'd record like Elvis singing YOU AIN'T NOTHIN BUT A HOUND DOG and then they'd turn the record over and reverse it and it was all NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP and people were all like, "That is actually the voice of Satan coming from that song."
How do we know what the lineup is already? I'm having trouble finding anything that says what it's going to be.
I can sort of understand that they don't have a lot of money. This is practically a ratings gamble, targeted at an audience who grew up with the block, so it's safer to start small.
It's a bit of a shame that I won't be able to catch this when it premieres, since I'll be up in the mountains for Memorial Day weekend.

Tomo is a lesbian and Sakura's cousin in the original version. And clearly has a crush on her. Which is why she makes those "outfits" for Sakura. This was changed to her friend and because it was "cute" to have them on.
However, the episodes are out of order. The other thing is the whole swearing stuff. I like the Dub more, truthfully. I find the story better, dumb moments as they may be sometimes.
The only thing I would change about that is their relation. Other than that, it never bugged me. Then again, I like yuri and always thought that Tomoyo's infatuation was cute (albeit seemingly obsessive).
What's with the (prepubescent) student/teacher thing? I find that way more wrong.
I wasn't wild about the line-up, I didn't stay up to watch Ghost in the Shell or Cowboy Bebop, and I don't live in a Nielsen home so my viewing was essentially moot...

O well. More for me.
It's not an official one, but TVGuide has this listing for the day Toonami's back on air, so.
(Apparently, I can't copy paste it because of the character limit so whatever)
They haven't announced what the new one is yet.

It's when an earthquake happens deep below Japan and the shock wave forces a huge wave of animes onto the US.
Watch the stream, brah. You know there'll be one.
Even if you can't catch it live you'll be able to see it when you come back.

oh god the bump for Casshern Sins is priceless.
"Humans are always so paranoid about robots taking over. We would never do anything like that!'
Granted, I'm not familiar with most of the shows in the line-up, but it would have been nice to show support.
...but seeing Tom on TV again was worth it.
I saw the bumps, that should tide me over until we get good enough internet for me to watch a livestream again.
"Toonami's back, bitches! And we've got a brand new lineup."
