Android's good if you like customization and a bit more freedom than iOS. Not entirely as stable, but that's mostly on a phone by phone level.

I was 6 in 1996. I think that was the first year I used the internet, on my mother's work computer that ran Windows 3.1.

I was always playing on that thing when she wasn't working. I loved MS Paint, which at the time was still called "Paintbrush".

I remember trying to duplicate the graphics from Sonic 2's Chemical Plant using Paintbrush. God, that was terrible.

I used it mainly to play with text in various fonts, even though in retrospect playing with text in a raster graphics program is dumb.
