And since Jet Set Radio is definite played by like nobody, the three characters I preferred to play as in JSRF, Cube (black hair), Rhyth (teal hair, known as Mew in JSR1, which technically she is here because this picture is of the characters in their JSR designs.)
Shiki isn't obscure? Also I suggest using using imgur.
Not a bad idea.
Also, Shiki's not really obscure in like, Japan. But I've never just met somebody in real life who actually has already seen Kara no Kyoukai and I know a lot of anime nerds.
There are plenty of characters who I like as characters who are horrible people. For example:
This creepy son of a bitch. Key has way worse characters, but Tsurugi might be one of the sleaziest by implication. And yet, it's really difficult to take your eyes off him.
Incidentally, the villain's right hand man Sergei is pretty great, too. But enough with that show. Let's talk webcomics.
Not that obscure a comic and a pretty important character therein, but probably minor enough overall to qualify here. I really like Junti, both as a character and as a fictional person, (I hope that makes sense.)
I am going to do the same soon myself. It is easily one of my favourite comics around.
Speaking of which, the War-Man is also a fantastic character despite having no dialogue and only one actual facial feature. Dahm is really great at using very little to express a lot.

I assume mechs don't count as characters...I have a lot of obscure mechs I could post.
