no Eminem can actually rap or at least could at one point, Iggy Azalea isn't even interesting from a purely musical perspective.

also at least the people Eminem rips off (Pharoahe Monch, Kool Keith, Masta Ace) are good enough that the style works on its own. I have no idea who Iggy is trying to be.

yeah that's regarding Infinite (his rarely-heard and extremely generic debut), I was talking more about like his time when he was getting some buzz but wasn't a superstar yet (eg. his contribution to Soundbombing II) til roughly the Marshall Mathers LP where he started changing his sound.

Masta Ace sounds a lot like Eminem tho (or vice versa as the case may be)

they have very similar vocal tones. Or, well, did, before Eminem started rapping like an auctioneer on a busy day.

Ace, his really outdated views on family aside, is actually a pretty nice dude from what I've seen though, which I can't say for Eminem.
