Your Snack at Snack Time?

Did your elementary school have snack time? If so, what was it like and what snack did you usually bring?

The elementary schools I attended both had snack time and a teacher would read part of a story each day during it. My snack of choice was pizza goldfish.

I liked those Handi-Snacks things, the ones with the breadsticks or pretzel sticks you'd dip into the "cheese" stuff.

at snack time i had a big thermos of chocolate milkshake which my mum only ever filled halfway so i would mix in little bits of all the other kids' drinks until it was full and then i would gross everyone out by drinking all of it

Same, it was always a guilty pleasure.

Nowadays it's usually crackers and cheese if I'm at home, or an apple and some sort of trail mix and a fiber bar if I'm not
