IJBM: The stereotype that minotaurs are good at mazes

The idea was that the minotaur couldn't find his way out of the Labyrinth.

    i always assumed that the representation of the labyrinth as unicursal was a simplification because the whole story with the ball of thread doesn't make sense otherwise.

    Daedalus had trouble finding his way out, and he built it.
  • as i understand it the labyrinth had like shifting walls or something to make it more difficult to escape

    that's why the king had Daedalus the master craftsman built it as opposed to some random bricklayer
