Balls aren't obscene. Balls are toys for children.
(I know that some part of the anatomy is called the "balls", but the only part of the body shaped like balls are the eyeballs. I always accidentally parse references to the anatomical balls as being to the eyeballs, for some reason. I've been told it's not the eyeballs, so I'd kind of rather not be told what it actually is).
