Usually use they/them/theirs or ze/hir/hirs online and she/her/hers offline. (The people where I live mostly wouldn't "get it" and think I intended the "they" as plural. I've used "ze" offline too, orally, but people thought I was saying "she" in an accent or something, oh well).

But really I'm not picky unless you use "it/its/itself" or one of those "themed" nounself sets for me.

I don't choose the pronouns of other people, and the same thing applies to me. It would be hypocritical of me to choose my own pronouns. I can't do to myself what I would not be allowed to do to others.

If someone wants me to be referred to as, "they", I will defer to said person.

If Centie/Anonus/Lee want me to be referred to as, "they", I will defer to said admin's authority as admin and as someone with a gender identity.

As far as my personal preference (which is irrelevant) goes, I prefer singular pronouns, most especially, "it".

A grill is usually called a her, but some of them like to be called a them instead, and some of them even prefer to be a zir. Regardless, the implication was that by saying "I'm a grill" I mean I am a her.
