It seems pretty harmless (if old-fashioned in its brand of humor), Bil Keane was a pretty boss artist in his prime and hasn't deteriorated by a whole lot, and Glen Keane is his son.

    We can do anything if we do it together.
    TBF, I think that his other son, Jeff, started to take over the art chores a fair few years ago, and has been doing it all at least since Bil died in 2011.

    I've learned to tolerate drama...except on the boat
    I was unaware of this, but at least Bil had enough dignity to pass on the torch instead of allowing his strip to degenerate the way Marmaduke has

    Admittedly, it is a bit creepy how his name still gets signed to the strip despite being dead (although at least Jeff's name is there, too).
