Disney buying Fox: Was it stupid?
Nearly eight months after I made it happen, I must ask: Was Disney's re-entry into the network television business stupid? Was acquiring the network that had just broadcast Super Bowl XLVIII stupid? Was acquiring the network that would give us Empire stupid? Was it stupid as hell to effectively shut down Fox News and re-orient it as a competitor to Twitch?
