Downloading it now, gonna look through it. It doesn't officially take effect until April, but at least it exists.

    Meh. I was hoping ODOT would delete this bit, but given that it was one of the major changes from the 2003 Federal MUTCD to the 2009 Federal MUTCD I guess I'm not all that surprised.

    Of course, there's still the chance that ODOT will go the California route and just ignore the parts of their own MUTCD that contradict their established practices anyway. Which defeats the purpose of having an MUTCD, but whatever.
