The only youtube person I watch with serious regularity is Northernlion, and he puts like a 10 second spiel at the end of all of his Isaac videos that is vaguely to this effect.

So I guess so. It doesn't really bother me, because that's like, how they make their livelihood, and I think it's silly to begrudge them that.

Yeah, I just find the mantra silly.

In the same way I find that a bunch of podcasts all having the same few sponsors(Naturebox, Bonobos, Audible, and Squarespace) silly.
