  I have not watched FIM since annoying voices were seriously calling it ruined because princesses and whatever.

  
  

  It's probably not going to be the AU fanfic where Twilight fights off the world and her friends are literally Persona characters for some reason, but it's probably not going to be bad and you'll still enjoy your time with it.

  from what i can gather season 4 is supposed to be better than season 3 anyway, just with a few bad episodes now and then
