I've learned to tolerate drama...except on the boat
I wanted to see if anyone could make their own versions of these?
Boke means "straight man" (or idiot), "tsukkomi" means wise guy, moe through helplessness means what you think it does, and seemingly "perfect" at first glance also means what you think it does
Ah, sorry about this. If you would like I can take you out of the chart. I mostly picked you because I remember you using a Tsukasa avatar a while back and I could not really think of many good candidates for that spot.

It's fine. You're fine.
i was more concerned that apparently i'm so oversensitive that i particularly stood out as "helpless".

But if that's not it i won't worry about it.
Ah, okay, I am glad I did not bother you too much with it. I admittedly did not put a whole lot of time and effort into making that thing. I probably should have thought more about how people would react to it.
By the way, I would not really consider you oversensitive. I feel like "conscientious" or "careful" probably fit better than that word does.
These are recurring archetypes in Japanese TV that happen to be a big part of the core lineups of most of the "cute girls do cute things" school of comedy that sprang up in the wake of the successes of Azumanga Daioh and Lucky Star. For example: Tomo, Yomi, Osaka/Chiyo, Sakaki.
Although Osaka kind of defies the system because she is too flaky and far from a wallflower despite being hopeless. She is also my favourite character in that entire show... followed by Kagura, and Mister Tadakichi, and Catdad.
In my high school life, I think I could best relate to Osaka and Kagura, in that I talked too much and was hella weird and always had hopeless crushes on cute/cool quiet people who I had no chance with.
I related to Osaka for being the lovable freak in my friend circle, and Satou from Welcome to the NHK! for being a lame-ass obsessive NEET with terrible social skills and an asinine streak.
hm. now that i think about it. the first character i can remember relating to is a gay chick, and i was like fourteen. i wonder if that's why i'm so bad with identities.
Most of the characters who I vibe the most with are women or girls despite the fact that I am pretty solidly cismale. So... I guess I can relate? *shrug*
Actually, on that note, while those were two characters who I got into as part of getting into anime directly, as its own thing, I think the first anime protagonist who I could relate to was actually Satsuki from My Neighbour Totoro, being the big sibling of a smart and incorrigible yet devoted sister and having few friends but a lot of imagination.

if i remember the characters you talk about correctly, wasn't she a gay chick with a male avatar?
My mom is a bit of a Ghibli fangirl. We have an original Japanese theatrical poster from when Totoro first came out and we used to have some duplicate cel prints from the film. It was kind of formative for me, as was seeing Princess Mononoke and going, "Whoa, cartoons can be really gory, and dramatic, and go way over my head!"

And I could try making one myself except I'm not even actually sure what those labels mean...
(The other Jane)
It's a lesser known genre.
this is 300% not ok though

And also, thank you, i appreciate that.

In most of my friend groups, I am either the boke or "seemingly perfect," it seems.
