    but generic diet dew is the worst

    Hey, me too! For some reason I can tolerate artificial sweetener more than actual HFCS.

    I also prefer diet soda usually.

    I haven't had a non-diet Dr. Pepper in ages.

    i used to like Dr Pepper, haven't had it in a while though

    i don't much like diet fizzy drinks.  Some of them are probably OK.

    I am no expert on the subject but I think it's got way more HFCS than many comparable sodas.

    This probably has a lot to do with it not being a cola, technically.

    It's probably just my perception of it, because it feels even more sweet and sugary than sodas already generally do.

    It's what I love about it, but it's also what makes me feel kinda guilty about defending it.

    at any rate i often drink diet coke simply because i'm used to the taste(it uses the same formula as the infamous new coke)
