Suguri Talk
The Suguri series of games -- consisting of two games so far, Suguri and Acceleration of Suguri (including the X-Edition of the latter), are shmups by Japanese indie dev Orange_Juice. Suguri is a multi-weapon horizontal shmup. Acceleration of Suguri is basically a top-down arena fighter, framed as aerial dueling, where you can play multiple characters. The character Sora appears here; she would later get her own game (titled Sora). The Suguri series has been localized by Rockin' Android.

Suguri also stars in the crossover virtual board game 100% Orange Juice, made by the same developer. She focuses on dodging and getting away fast, and ambushing opponents with potential for high rolls by means of using 2d6 rather than 1d6 for some of her rolls when her special ability is deployed. Her stats are +1 attack, -1 defense, +2 evade, 4 HP. She is joined by fellow Suguri series cast members Sora and Hime, enemies Robo Ball and Shifu Robot, and more recently (with the release of two DLC character packs) Nanako and Saki, as characters in 100% OJ, and a number of references are made to the Suguri series in the game's card illustrations and flavortexts.

Then again, they DID go onto making 200% Mix Juice, which is an RPG I've heard.
