I've learned to tolerate drama...except on the boat
I never really cared for the original Where Are You!; I always thought it was dull, and looking at it now, the LOOK of the show hasn't held up well. It's even more baffling that they went with Filmation Lite; H-B had their own style! I've decided to rewatch it at some point because, well, people my age think it's a classic cartoon for some reason.
Mystery Incorporated is many things Where Are You! is not: reasonably fast-moving, full of funny dialogue, and designed in a style hearkening back to season 1 of Huckleberry Hound.

Sometimes I feel irrational in resenting that Scooby, not Yogi or Huck or the Flintstones or Jonny Quest, is Hanna-Barbera for a lot of people my age, but I won't prattle on about it here. SD:MI's early H-B nods are kind of cathartic for me.
^^ I've also heard that the arc plot becomes more important and less two minutes at the end of every episode going "OooooOOOOOooooh, this is all part of some secret master plot!"
I just can't be bothered to give anymore attention to it.
