Legit applicants: do not use Outlook.com addresses to sign up!

I regret to have done this, as it is a legitimate email provider, but we have gotten FAR too many applications from spambots attempting to sign up with Outlook.com addresses; to make matters worse, they provided no application reasons and could not be added to the auto-reject list, so I have decided to configure Vanilla's existing Ban List to automatically prevent anyone from signing up with an Outlook.com email address. I don't think we've gotten even one legitimate application from someone with an Outlook.com address.
